We have now been provisioning our Value line and broadband service for 3 months with great success. Prices range from:

- £6.85 – £8.85 per month for an 8meg service with 5Gb cap
- £13.35 – £15.35 per month for a 24meg service with 40Gb cap.
- Extra usage only 50p/Gb

This is fully unbundled LLU technology so we also need to supply the telephone line. Migration from an existing line is free and we supply any telephone calls made on the line in an invoice format that you can pass on directly to your customers (with an inbuilt commission) or you can have raw CDR’s (wholesale rates). Prices ex VAT. Minimum agreement period is 30 days. Ceases fees apply.

This portal has been fully integrated into the website and now offers further functionality to assist you in managing your connections.

SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) – This feature allows the SNR of a line to be adjusted. Adjusting the SNR level may be useful in attempting to resolve certain fault conditions, particularly intermittent or slow connections.

INP (Impulse Noise Protection) – This new feature allows the INP setting to be changed without ISP intervention. End user DSL equipment may not perform correctly under certain INP settings, depending on the type of equipment and line quality. This setting should only be changed in an attempt to resolve connection issues either with guidance from Broadband First or the equipment manufacturer.
