The Broadband First dealer route gives you the flexibility to offer a high quality, business grade broadband service to your customers without the need to provide the associated support that is required.
As a dealer partner you can offer broadband as an additional offering to your portfolio of business and receive an ongoing revenue for the lifetime of the connection. You can raise orders through a fax order form, and from that point on our in-house support team will raise the order, manage it through to completion and provide front line support to the end user when required. Billing and direct debit collection is completed by Broadband First and a monthly revenue is returned to you as the dealer.
This suits potential partners with low order volumes and no facility or desire to bill their end user.
