Client Control Panel

 

'Self-service' delivery is at the core of our Wholesale Broadband proposition. This is delivered primarily through our Client Control Panel (CCP) which underpins our service to our reseller customers and is a fundamental element of all our Broadband Services.

Order Processing

The CCP has integrated check functionality so all orders can be processed either directly by customers or by resellers. Circuits can be provisioned, regraded or migrated on the system; it also facilitates ISDN conversion orders and provisioning of Enhanced Care products

Bulk Upload

The CCP offers a fast and efficient means of processing multiple orders and provides near instant response to requests.

Tracking

Reporting options allow reseller to track where orders are; in effect providing resellers with a snapshot of where their orders are in the BT order system (Eco). Reseller customers can search by individual postcodes addresses or simply 'all orders' to generate their required reports.

Support

Resellers can perform diagnostic testing so they can check the end user line; speeding up issue identification and assisting in identifying the nature of any faults. If there is no fault on the line then customers can be informed there and then. Should a fault be identified a support ticket is automatically generated.

Bandwidth Accounting

This allows resellers to profile the overall trend of usage, e.g. generate traffic patterns by day and time. This enables targeting of customers likely to use bandwidth so you can generate more profit from capped products.

Customer Management

Excessive data transfer usage is now a key issue for us, and the ability to profile usage is vital, and a key tool for your users who have selected a capped service.

By running queries you can idenfity individual customers who have downloaded 5GB or more in the current accounting period or who have used 95% of their quota. These can then be contacted to purchase additional capacity or other services.
